We would love to meet and greet you in person to understand your vision for your project. During our meeting, we will share with you how we can assist you to make that vision a reality. There is no cost or obligation to meet with us.

During our meeting we look forward to exchanging our mutual ideas. We will explain the building and/ or renovation process, how we work, timeline of design process, projected milestone completion dates and of course projected cost of your project. Having had over 35 years of experience with over $100M in developed projects, we feel confident you will see why Menaker Development is fully capable of building anything you desire to create.

Once you have chosen Menaker Development as your contractor, we will schedule meeting with your architect and designer of your choice or, we are happy to refer you to professionals with whom we have worked with in the past. We prefer to work with designers and architects immediately through what is known as a “Design-Build” process to create the project. We will explain in detail what is included in this process. We have found that this approach is the most cost-effective means to create the finished project for both time and financial efficiency.

Once we have completed the design and creation of your plans and gone through any site-specific community design review process, we will submit for all building permits and begin the construction process. You will be given ongoing reports as to progress and timeline, as well as a very detailed package of material and fixture specifications for you to select. We encourage you to be as involved as you would like to be in the building process. There will always be a licensed Project Manager assigned to overseeing and coordinating the construction of your home, so you can feel 100% confident we are always present throughout the entire development process.
